Coconut Charlie's Beach Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

I ordered the grouper sandwich and there is hardly any grouper. The lettuce was green, but the edges were black. I ordered without the pickled onions and received the pickled onions, so I scraped them off. My daughter-in-law ordered Philly beef and cheese without peppers and onions. When she received her sandwich, I look at it and said where’s the meat? The server said well there’s no peppers or onions, but there was cheese. Now a good restaurant not using the veggies could have at least added a little more meat. My son ordered a cheeseburger with no onions. He received his cheeseburgers, yes, with onions. He cannot stand onions, so the server said I will return it and make you a new one. By the time he got his cheeseburger everyone else was done eating. It took that long just to get his cheeseburger. The boom boom chicken was not the best as expected. My husband ordered a wedge salad with steak. It was very bland. It had no flavor except maybe the salad dressing. The steak was not good. And then to top it off, we ask for ketchup for the french fries and we received two almost empty bottles of ketchup. The server said we could finish them off. WHAT! Now, if we need any more ketchup, they gave us packets. There were 11 people at this table 2 of them were under six years old and our bill was $300 and we get packets of ketchup and plastic forks and knives. Good luck to...

Tried to have dinner here around 730. 2 other guests dining outside one guests inside. Everyone outside already had their food. We placed drink and food order at the same time. Took our server 20 minutes to bring us our drinks. 35 minutes to get our food and mind you we got a burger and some pasta. Food that should mostly be ready. When she finally came back around we simply asked how much longer as 35 minutes was ridiculous when nobody else was waiting on food. Magically our food appeared; and go figure not made correctly. So we said screw it we were just gonna leave wasn’t waiting longer for food to be remade. The server then told us we didn’t need to be rude and that we didn’t know what it was like to be a server. Food was bland and overall bad, service was slow when there were only 4 other people in the entire resturaunt. Frys were horrible and tasted old/stale. Server tried to get me to order more food because she thought what I ordered wasnt enough. I took her advice and ended up getting full off what I originally ordered. The BBQ shrimp should be taken off the menu, nothing bbq about it not even how it's cooked and it didnt taste good. Website menu is also very outdated with multiple items like tacos and fish platter taken off in person menu. The Mahi Mahi burger was excellent and the atmosphere was wonderful, the only 2 good things about my experience. Out of the dozens of resturaunts I've visited in PCB this is the only one I wouldn't return to. Might be worth visiting for the bar to have some drinks with a great view of the beach and...
