My husband and I go to pigeon Forge every two months and go to this same McDonald’s. There is a girl that is mostly working front register that is always rude. The only way to describe her is maybe she is Jamaican? As she has an accent myself and my grandson ordered and I ordered the big breakfast And always specify what’s on it because they never put the same thing it doesn’t seem. We waited about 15 minutes for our food and when they put it up there, I was missing gravy and pancakes. The girls started to argue with me telling me I did not order the big breakfast , although I was trying to show her the receipt she was not interested. I said fine. Don’t give me the pancakes but at least give me my gravy and she still told me I was wrong although it’s there in black-and-white on the receipt! She turned around, got a cup of gravy toasted on my tray and yes, that made me mad. I told her she was being hateful as she walked off. She turned around Toward me and asked did I just call her hateful and I responded yes! She said don’t call me hateful again. I said as if you’re going to do anything, I’m calling you hateful because you are she told me I was being racist that really pissed me off and I said pissed! I have mixed grandbabies that I love with everything in me and have never ever had a racist bone in my body but why is it someone like her always pulls out the racist card? I asked for the manager who walked up and done nothing to her at all just continue to overt me and ask me what I needed. He gave me a couple of creams and a couple of sugars and turned around and walked off no apology. No nothing Myself, nor my attorney is happy about this situation that I will definitely be pursuing. That...
Read moreI gave this rating because this McDonald’s gave me terrible service! I admit, I did arrive there about 15 minutes before closing. There was one car in the left lane for the drive thru and I was on the right lane. I pulled up to order a large sweet tea but the speaker never turned on so I just assumed they were closed or the speaker was not working. I pulled up to the window and apologized to the McDonald’s window employee and asked him if they were open. He was a young male with dark hair, black glasses, tall, and skinny and he told me he apologized for the wait and they were open. He said he will give me the drink for free because of my long wait in the drive thru so I pulled up to the next window and sat there for about 5 minutes. I noticed all the McDonald’s employees were just standing there staring at me and talking among themselves. I waved at them trying to get there attention but they just ignored me. The McDonald’s worker that said I could get my drink for free walked up to the window, made full eye contact with me, locked the window and walked away. After that all the McDonald’s employees just stared at me and exited McDonalds. This is not how you should treat a customer and these McDonald’s workers are not representing McDonald’s in a...
Read moreTwo out of four order kiosk screens were out of order (e.g. only one on each side worked). The kiosk screen gave the choice of either paying at the kiosk with your order delivered to the table or paying at the counter. I chose the former, but there were no table tents available and it turned out that the staff was actually calling out receipt numbers for pickup at the counter (once for your drinks then later for your order). My drink (a medium Diet Dr Pepper) was mostly crushed ice with a little bit of faintly-dark-colored but totally tasteless liquid; I suspect the syrup content was set very low. I doubt this was accidental because of the state of my two single fish sandwiches. "Regular" tarter sauce turned out to be a dab about the size of a quarter, the "regular" Roma tomato option I added was one (1) slice on each sandwich rather than the two slices each promised by the screen, and the cheese slice was about 1.25 inches wide by 2.5 inches long (e.g. roughly a third the surface of the small bun). Finally, the presentation was atrocious; the items appeared to have been tossed in the vague direction of the sandwich by a...
