I ordered catering for a company picnic here, I was beyond impressed!
When I arrived to pick up the food everything was ready but the hot food was kept in back in hot holding so it would not cool down. On the table was a large bag that had all of the supplies needed including plates, napkins, chaffing pan holders & fuel, serving pieces & cutlery. Everything was packed PERFECTLY! Things were wrapped tightly to keep together, nothing was just thrown in and it looked like they packed it with thought and care.
As I was taking that bag to my car, two of the employees carried out all of the food to my car and loaded it for me!
Once again everything was packed so nicely, there was no leaking pans, nothing spilled, everything labeled, it literarily could not have been better!!
I ordered the Chicken & Brisket Birria Bar for 20, a side of 3-cheese queso, loaded Mexican street corn, tortillas & a Fresca salad. A huge bag of chips and salsa came with the meal and the toppings for the bar were packed so neatly it made serving a breeze!
The food was EXCELLENT and plentiful! First of all I work for a construction company and our carpenters and supers had been out in the hot all day so they were hungry to say the least. Everyone raved about the food, it tasted so good and was seasoned perfectly.
The staff at Qdoba were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will most definitely order from here again. The price was also great! $20 per person with tip and we had enough for everyone to fill up and many of us took food home there was so much!!
I will order from them for private events as well. I was pleasantly surprised. I worked in restaurants & catering for years and I have NEVER seen anyone take such care in packaging and preparing an order.

Read moreThey do not respect or treat pickup and delivery orders the same as ordering in person. I waited 20 minutes for an order that I was clearly ready and visible. I mentioned to the guy with glasses SEVERAL times that that is my order and that it was ready, yet he refused to give it to me and kept telling me it wasn't mine. At least 10 people already got their food, and when I told him again that the order was ready and mine he told me to just cancel the order.
This is unacceptable at a time when people are relying on food delivery for their meals. You should maintain the same quality regardless of how your customers order. When it is delayed, the overall experience is awful for the customer because not only are they waiting a long time, but the food is also cold and not up to Qdoba standards.
Even if you are understaffed, you should be able to listen to what I'm telling you and at least look at the order. You are already talking to me and helping me with my order it would have...
Read more5 months ago, i simply put 5 stars as my review. But, I have now been an avid Qdoba visitor. Going roughly 2 times a week. Sometimes more...I love the location on 8th and Weidler. But more than that, I love the atmosphere, The GM greeting me whenever he sees me and asking how work is going, because let's face it, we are all struggling to retain employees! He is constantly having new people training and despite all that, the food is still amazing, and they are still on top of it as always. I hardly ever wait in line and the food is always delicious. I get the same thing every time, and they pretty much know me now. So I have not been disappointed yet. I just wanted to say thank you Apollo (I'm pretty sure) for being a rad GM and trying to do the best you can with what you got! If only people would give the new staff the same consideration. They are all trying as best as they can, and for the most part crushing it! So thanks Qdoba's staff for all...
