Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rexburg

This is by far the worst Dominos I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I order two medium pizzas and they were delivered about an hour after placing the order. When delivered one of the pizza boxes was smashed causing the cheese and toppings to stick to the lid of the box. I disgruntledly gave them a review on the Dominos app and then received a call from an employee who shall remain nameless. I let it go to to voicemail and the voicemail went as follows: “Hey Mike this is (insert employee name here) from Domino's I was just calling because we got your review um if you could give us a call back so we can talk about it that’d be great but just let you know we don't take the things that you said very lightly so if you want to you can call back but if not we'll just not take deliveries to you anymore bye-bye…” The fact that they had the audacity to not only give me an order that was late and that was delivered damaged but also respond by saying that they will no longer deliver to me if I didn’t call back to speak with them. And when I do call back they try to force me to apologize. I tried to explain to this employee that it’s unprofessional to deliver a damaged product and then refusing to deliver to a customer who was simply upset about bad service and left a review. He then tried to throw it back in my face by saying that I was the one being unprofessional, however I am a private citizen, it is not my job to be professional. I did not see my review as hostile or threatening, I also used no vulgar language in my review. I was as professional as a customer in my situation should be. Ah, behold the illustrious update of the sixteenth day of the month of January in the year of our Lord twenty twenty-five! It is with a twinge of bemusement that I must reveal the slight but utterly inconsequential blunder of the fine purveyors of pizza at Dominos, who, in a most unfortunate twist of fate, omitted the verdant delights of green peppers from my otherwise splendid repast. Alas, it is merely a trifling matter, hence I demurely deducted a single point from my culinary appraisal. However, let it be unequivocally known that the hand-crafted pan pizza remains my unassailable favorite! The texture, a delightful symphony of lightness, wispy tendrils, and a satisfying crunch, enchants my taste buds in a most exhilarating manner. Even amidst this minor hiccup, my affections for Dominos remain fiercely undiminished, securing their esteemed position within the upper echelons of my gastronomical pantheon of five! Fast forward, if you will, eleven months from this initial insight, when the inimitable deliverer of delight, the esteemed Valerie, navigated the treacherous urban landscape to bestow upon me my pizza in pristine condition, unscathed and impeccably prepared. The flavors delight my palate with rapturous consistency, as Dominos’ culinary wizardry continues to reign supreme! Not to be overlooked is the divine garlic sauce that they so charmingly lavish upon the crust, a veritable nectar of the apotheosis of pizza toppings! I am a school teacher. My students have worked hard this year for a reward and so today I arranged to get them pizza from Domino’s. I placed the order this morning but somehow the app glitched and didn’t place the order. I joked with my wife afterwards about what it would be like if I drove the 14 miles from our school to the Dominos during my time to barely get there and found out they didn’t have my order ready. I got to Dominos a minute before I had marked the pickup order time and found out about the glitch. They told the manager lady and she asked about the order. It was still in my app saying it was ready to check out. I told them just to forget it, I wouldn’t make it back in time. She asked if they could try. I was there at 11:32. They tried and did. The manager lady and another young lady went to work on them. Between them and the young man cutting and boxing the pizzas I walked out with my 15 pizzas at 11:47.
