Copper Canyon Grill House & Tavern at the Radisson in Salt Lake City is a must-visit for anyone craving American cuisine with a local twist. The service here is exceptional—friendly and always ready to help you pick the perfect meal. 😊🍽️
What an experience! The food is a show stopper! Sam, made wonderful recommendations. My grilled halibut was so tasty (I devoured it).
The atmosphere is a mix of casual and classy, ideal for everything from a laid-back breakfast to a more refined dinner. Start your day with a delicious omelette or drop by for lunch to enjoy their classic burger and fries. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. 🍳🍔🥗
Their bar is perfect for pre-dinner or late-night drinks, offering a relaxing vibe that complements the tasty meals. And if you prefer staying in, their room service menu has you covered, available from early morning until late night. 🍻🍴
Copper Canyon is a great spot whether you're a guest at the hotel or just looking for a quality meal in Salt Lake City!

Read moreI visited this restaurant three times during the recent FanX event, and unfortunately, the experience was consistently underwhelming.
Day 1: On the waitress’s recommendation, I ordered the fish tacos. The fish was dry, and there was no sauce to balance it out. My wife had the fish & chips, but after her first piece, she said she didn’t like it at all. The highlight of the evening was the cosplay-themed drinks—they were creative and enjoyable.
Day 2: We decided to give the place another try and ordered cheese curds to share. They were decent, nothing amazing. Once again, the drinks were the best part of the visit.
Day 3: We met up with some friends at the bar. The bartender looked like she was having a rough day, which I can understand, but the service really lagged. We got our first round quickly, but then there was no follow-up for at least 30 minutes, despite only 5–8 people at the bar. My wife and I would have gladly ordered a couple more drinks, but we never got the chance.
Overall: The food was disappointing, the service inconsistent, and everything was far too expensive for what you get. The drinks were the only thing that stood out, but not enough to justify the cost.
If you’re in town for an event, I strongly recommend walking to City Creek Center instead—you’ll get better food, better value, and a better...
Read moreYears of poor reviews should have been a red flag. However, as I was staying in the Radisson, I thought to try the restaurant for breakfast anyway. Fortunately, the place was mostly empty so I decided to take a chance - wrong decision. There was only ONE wait staff person and it turned out to be Miguel. I can confirm from a pervious post that in fact his bad breath is atrocious - think tuna fish, coffee, and cigarettes - but I digress. Coffee appeared after waiting 10 minutes, and then I ordered a basic breakfast - eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast. I also noticed that most other tables seemed to be waiting as well for their food, not a good sign. I tried to be patient, but after sitting for 45 minutes, I had to call it. Plus, most of the tables that were waiting for food when I arrived were still waiting!! Horrible customer service. I can only guess that the hotel has decided there is no interest with improving their restaurant experience as these types of reviews have been appearing for years. The good news is there are numerous dining options nearby with good food and quality...
