My daughter and I were doing some Back to School shopping and decided to take a quick break. We decided to go to our favorite spot, Starbucks. We noticed there was a long line, but we love Starbucks so much, we decided to wait. After waiting in the line for about 10 minutes, we finally got to the register and ordered our drinks. My daughter ordered Her favorite drink, iced coffee. I however, decided to try something different. I asked the man at the register about the new vanilla bean coconut milk latte. He suggested that I get it because it was such a great treat. I told him I didnât really like the coffee taste in a latte. So he told me to order it upside down. He was very nice and kind. After waiting 15 minutes for our order, the lady that was making the drinks finally said my name. She only gave me my daughters drink, the ice coffee. I just waited a little bit longer because I thought she was still working on my drink. I noticed that the other customers were getting their drinks that came after us. So I walked up to her and I asked her if she was still working on My drink. She said no, I donât know what you ordered. And I said I ordered a drink with my daughters. She said oh I canât find the ticket. She said this real ugly and rude. She finally found the ticket and started working on my drink. After she handed it to me, I asked her if she made it upside down. She said no and continue to work on other peoples drinks and totally and completely ignored me! She was so rude, so mean. I really think she had an issue with me for some reason. I have no idea why, I didnât do anything to her. So I said excuse me maâam, I do not want this drink. And she goes fine, go to the register. So, I had to wait in a long line again! When I finally got to the register I told the man what happened, he apologized and gave me my money back. He offered to make me a new drink, and I said no. I do not want her to make my drink. This whole experience was just so horrible and upsetting. We waited in line for such a long time, I wanted to try out a new drink, and we were trying to have a good time. This girl who was making the drinks tonight, is very rude, very immature, very mean spirited, and just has a very, very bad attitude. This makes me not want to go to Starbucks anymore.    Read moreWent there today and got my order, it was a simple hot coffee, everything was great until I asked my daughter to ask an employee to use the cinnamon. My daughter was very kind and respectfully asked âDo you mind if i use the cinnamon?â and the employee replied âno maamâ. She is hard of hearing, and has a hearing device that wasnât on due to the environment being so loud, so while she mainly relied on reading mouths, she still knew the employee said âno maamâ to her question. before she even grabbed the cinnamon, the girl quite literally screamed âNO I SAID NO!â as if my daughter was a dog or was hurting her, and snatched the cinnamon from its holder. We were confused as we thought she said âno maamâ as in she didnât mind her grabbing the cinnamon, and she continued to berate and yell at my daughter. Correction is ok, but the girl did entirely too much and caused a big scene, which embarrassed my daughter and made her cry. my daughter was so upset we left and went home. Even though she may not have seen my daughters hearing aid, maybe she did, i think itâs a reminder that not all disabilities are visible, so you shouldnât be rude to people regardless. I understand wanting to do your job, she couldâve taken a different approach for sure, because ruining someoneâs day over a little cinnamon...

It happened before there a couple times I had to go back once. I decided to go back again to get it remade. I make or order latte once if not twice a day. The girl who made the latte was saying it was full, sounded like that's normal and irritated. I insisted it was not and told her I know what I am talking about. I even had showed her the drink after the foam. She remade the latte and handed to me with an attitude. I thanked her but no response. I thanked her again implying she was rude. She was still arguing. The other girl started saying thank you sir thank you sir implying me to leave. Well I am a business owner with multiple locations with 4.9 google ratings each.
