If you're a normal person, who likes really, really good food, and doesn't mind some slightly dated atmosphere, you need to come to this restaurant in Snowmass. My wife and I had the baked brie as a delicious appetizer, served with apples, honey, crackers and crustini bread (maybe more items), it was very delicious. My wife ordered the chicken pot pie, which is their specialty along with a few other pot pies, she loved it and finished it which is unheard of for my wife. I had the pot roast dinner, and let me tell you, I didn't eat lunch and I couldn't finish mine, but it was excellent as well. Everything was fork tender, carrots, an onion, possibly shallot, horseradish sauce and mashed potatoes, so delicious! People were dining from the hotel casual dress and and from outside from other places all dressed up. They have private areas and larger tables areas as well as bar seating and a few high tops. The deck has fireplaces going and what looked like nice tables outside as well. Pictures below. No room for dessert. If you go here, I think that you will have a really great meal. There is a new guy named Cam, he really hustles and aims to please. We must have seen 5 people at our table at various times checking...

I have Celiac disease and clearly informed the staff multiple times that I needed a strictly gluten-free meal. Despite this, I was served salmon with a gluten containing sauce. I was reassured it was safe, until 10 minutes later when the server suddenly told me to stop eating because it wasn’t gluten-free after all.

By that point, I had already eaten enough to make me very sick. The staff panicked, offered to call an ambulance, and shared an unrelated story about someone else getting sick, not helpful or reassuring. I ended up extremely ill and will be dealing with symptoms for weeks. My water and wine were also contaminated after I drank them after eating the gluten containing meal.

The restaurant was nearly empty, so this wasn’t about being busy, it was a lack of training and care. I’ve had Celiac for 15 years and dine out cautiously. This was by far the most careless handling of my condition I’ve experienced.

If your restaurant cannot safely accommodate gluten-free needs, just be honest. That’s far better than putting someone’s...

A warm, cozy, and vibrant place. With beautiful decor, plenty of natural light, and surrounded by lush plants, this spot is simply charming. The view is spectacular: large windows open up to a small creek adorned with trees and shrubs, with majestic mountains in the background — it truly feels like a fairy tale village. šŸŒæšŸŒ„āœØ

I tried the omelette with roasted potatoes and it was delicious. I also enjoyed a cup of coffee. ā˜•šŸ³

The service is very friendly, the spaces are comfortable, clean, and spotless. Everything is neatly arranged and tastefully decorated, making it a perfect place to share with family or friends, have a quiet conversation, enjoy a meal, or even sit down to read, write, or work. šŸ“ššŸ’»šŸ“

There’s also a super convenient terrace where you can soak up the sun on a bright spring day or a warm summer afternoon. The chairs and tables are very comfortable, and the place truly invites you to stay and enjoy the moment.

I’ll...

Service was very bad. Restaurant is amazing. The Ambiance is great. Food was also okaish but the waiters or attenders whoever serve food were very bad. I booked a table for my husband’s birthday and requested them to bring something special with the birthday wishes. The lady with glasses replied very rudely and she said it right on my face ā€˜ I won’t do it ā€˜. Which restaurant doesn’t greet people for special occasions. And the worst part is we liked salmon five spice and ordered another one. First one was well cooked but the second one was completely undercooked and the salmon was raw, cabbages were not cooked, tasted very bad and we ended up not eating that meal at all. It was my husband’s birthday and they ruined it. They really need to work on their staff. PS: only good thing about this is Ambience.

We chose Heathers based on the recommendation of friends who stumbled upon the restaurant one evening. They gave the restaurant rave reviews and it did not disappoint! They offer a nice selection of wine and cocktails. We had a shrimp appetizer special with a chili dressing. For entrees, we had the chicken pot pie and Greek salad with salmon. All were delicious and wonderfully prepared. The salad was a delicious combination of farro, arugula, olives, nuts and feta. I’m probably forgetting a few things but it was delicious. Salmon was perfectly prepared to my request. We got a to-go slice of carrot cake. Also excellent! The wait staff was friendly and attentive!
