Zane’s was very accommodating to our very large party, even tho we arrived a bit later from Maroon Bells than we thought we would! The waiter got us all served very close to the same time as everyone else in our large party, and the selection of foods was tremendous and varied and all 26 of us were very happy with our selections! As ours was a group largely from NJ/Philly, Zane’s kitchen should be proud to hear that their Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches were rated high and authentic by this highly experienced group!! After dinner, was great to see this somewhat exhausted and stressed wedding party kick back and unwind with a few rounds of pool! There was even a tiny patron (2 years old) and he was in an environment that didn’t seem awkward or unsuitable for ANY age! Noise level was good, too, friendly and sociable, yet we could hear each other and talk without yelling - - something rare for a tavern!

If you are trying to find great food, fantastic beer, awesome staff, and still have some money left to fix your skis or buy some magical gummy bears, this is your place. Steak sandwiches are legit (I worked in Philly). The wings are amazing. The burritos are super delicious as well. Everything is cheaper than anywhere else in the valley. This Zane's is the Best Zanes! They have better and more options than the others because they have a broiler (more melty cheeses on your nachos and other things). If you are at Snowmass make sure to check this place out early in your stay. You will likely make several more stops before you leave. Especially if you eat...
Read moreLove Zane's! Our group enjoyed the Cheesesteak Eggrolls (6 halves to an order) with yummy dipping sauce, Taco Salad with carnitas (enough for two meals), Fish Taco dinner and Burger with Onion Rings upgrade, along with current IPA and a mixed drink - all wonderful! But, equally wonderful was our outstanding service with Shaun, who was welcoming, personable and in a league of his own for managing both the bar and tables solo. (Oh, and we wouldn't have found Zane's without his patience in walking us from the opposite end of the Snowmass Mall). I only wish we found Zane's/Shaun on our first night in town! (It is on the top level of Carriage Way - Take the metal stairs near the bus depot - there is no...
