If you have visited Sand Cat Coffee, you have found your new favorite coffee shop. It has excellent coffee, the best ice cream flavors, and Auspicious Bakery desserts. Everything is phenomenally delicious! You cannot make a bad choice at Sand Cat Coffee. My favorite is the Affogato with the This (stuff) Just Got Serious ice cream topped with two shots of Expresso. On my next visit, I plan to get The Dirty South which is a praline covered with two shots of Expresso and a little foam. Whether you love delicious coffee, ice cream, or desserts, Sand Cat Coffee is the place to gather for all ages. The barista was super helpful and kind. The drinks were great, my daughter really loved her poison apple which was green from the matcha. The pumpkin spice cupcakes were great too. Welcome to the Island!! I ordered the Dirty South Iced with oat milk and it was delicious! I was apprehensive, bc it was light in color, that the coffee flavor wasn’t going to come through, but it was perfect!

They have Auspicious pastries, ice cream and fun merch for sale. There’s a small seating area as well as outdoor seating.

They’ve only been open a week and I overheard that signage is on the way.
