I'll order elsewhere and drive the distance before I order from 18th street Domino's again! First the app is always not allowing me to order I have to physically go on line to order. 2nd every time I order they don't know what extra cheese is.... your pan pizza commercial claims there are 2 layers of cheese which means it should already have more than your normal pizza I order 3 types of cheese and all extra any time I order this from any other Domino's my cheese is over flowing. Now tonight after placing my almost $30 order it said I would get my food between 9:54 and 9:04 pm cool ok great but I got a notification early at 8:29 the driver was on her way. I go stand on my porch so i dont have to hear my dogs bark when dawn arrives. My dad tell me my phone is ringing i dont get to it in time. Sit on hold for over 10 mins trying to call back. Hang up and wait maybe theyll call back. They don't. I call again reach the store guys claims my lot number isnt on there. My address is saved correctly on line I don't ever sign out I order Domino's minimal once a week. He said she'll be right there.... 30 minutes that driver drove around with my food before I called back and the claimed she was pulling up. No I don't want 30 mins cold food I want my money back! It's sad this place doesn't cate about their customers anymore... I know I probably don't matter much saying I won't be ordering anymore from this location I'll order and drive to another location before going here!! Being a locals guide leaving reviews it should matter as well because it does affect your business no matter how...
Read moreI placed an order today for a delivery that I have been waiting on for 30 minutes of the time of when the order was supposedly sent out from the store. When I called to complain that the ETA continued to change on the tracker, Sam the general manager proceeds to say 'ok, I'll get that canceled for you.' No apology given, no concern of the complaint at all. I proceed to call back because it was interesting to me that this employee did not provide any form of solution besides canceling an order that was only due to a complaint and concern of continous change of ETA when the order had been out of the store now for nearly 30 minutes! When I called back to express this, his words were 'I'm the general manager and I assumed when you called the first time that you didn't care to be given an explanation." I PROCEED to ask him why would he, as a general manager, assume that I did not want an explanation of why the ETA continued to change, he says 'I'm not sure but if you would like an explanation, I can give you one now.' 'What else can I do for you?' I proceed to say, "Your job. "TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, totally disregarding. I'm not sure how he became qualified as a GM but it seems some re-training is advised and further more judgement of character of qualification. Unacceptable, incompetent and under qualified best describes SAM the GM and the way this business...
Read morei have never left a review, ever. but i think this needs attention. i was driving down the road past this dominos location and a delivery driver (black hyundai elantra, i think) pulled out in the road. he’s doing the speed limit maybe less. so he falls back being me a little bit in traffic, once he gets an opening he speeds up passing me at maybe 40mph speed limit is 25. obviously everyone speeds rather they mean to or not. but when there’s hundreds of people at the oceanfront it’s probably not the best idea to do it there. anyway…while he passes me, there are 2 people crossing the road at a crosswalk. and he’s paying no attention i guess and he’s coming up on them quite fast, they start running out the road and he slams his brakes. and the people practically jumped out the road. it just amazes me how bad people can be at driving. like i get it, you want to deliver the pizza and get a $3 tip but at the end of the day. it’s not worth someone’s life, just drive the speed limit when it’s tourist season…im not a karen or anything, and i don’t always drive the speed limit. but obviously there’s a better time than another...
