The staff clearly takes pride in what they do — they were working efficiently, keeping the space clean, and handling every order like it mattered.

Shoutout to the cooks who keep that grill on point — the burger was juicy, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Fries? Crispy, golden, and overflowing just the way we like it. And the cashier was super friendly and helpful — even during the lunch rush, they were calm and courteous.

I have visited this Five Guys many times because I enjoy the burgers. Today, Saturday 8/13/16, my boyfriend and I went to grab burgers and arrived at 9:55pm. The sign on the door said they close at 10pm, but the door was already locked. We could see staff and a few customers inside. I knocked on the glass door a couple times before staff acknowledged me - a staff member with a broom motioned that they were closed. I pointed to my watch and said its not 10:00 yet.

This particular Five Guys is close to Nationals Park and the game had just let out. I suspect they locked the door early to prevent a post-game crowd from entering.

I ordered burgers for 14, and literally none of them were right. When I spend $150 with a restaurant, I want attention to detail. No burger was marked with the correct stickers, and none of the toppings were accurate.

This whole thing is compounded by last night's five guys order from the Bailey's crossroads location where I ordered food for 5. Although one of our friends ordered the bunless cheeseless option, she got plenty of cheese, and my burger was meant to be a little hamburger and it was covered in cheese and had surprise bacon.

That lack of attention to detail caused her an extreme upset stomach and I just really hate cheese burgers
