As I sit down to write this review, I can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at the McDonald's establishment in question. The exorbitant prices I encountered during my visit left me with a sour taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively.
Let's start with the menu. When I glanced at the prices, I was taken aback by the sheer audacity of the figures staring back at me. Every item seemed to come with an inflated price tag, far beyond what I would expect to pay for fast food. It was as if McDonald's had suddenly transformed into a high-end gourmet restaurant overnight, without any regard for the loyal customers who have supported them for years.
The exorbitant pricing extended to their meal options as well. What used to be an affordable and convenient way to grab a quick bite to eat has now become a luxury reserved for those with deep pockets. The value meals, once known for their budget-friendly appeal, now left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of. I found myself questioning why I should pay such exorbitant prices for food that was, at best, mediocre in quality.
To make matters worse, the portion sizes seemed to have shrunk significantly since my last visit. It felt as though McDonald's was cutting corners and squeezing every last penny out of its customers. Gone were the days of generous servings that left you feeling satisfied; instead, I was left with a sense of emptiness, both in my stomach and in my wallet.
Even the once-beloved dollar menu has undergone a transformation that can only be described as disappointing. What was once a haven for those seeking affordable options has now become a mockery of its former self. Items that used to cost a mere dollar now come with a price tag that makes you question whether it's worth it at all. It's disheartening to witness a company that once prided itself on affordability become so out of touch with the needs and expectations of its customer base.
Furthermore, the lack of transparency surrounding the price increases is truly disconcerting. McDonald's seems content to silently raise its prices, without any clear justification or explanation provided to its customers. It leaves me wondering whether this is an attempt to capitalize on brand loyalty or simply an oversight in understanding the value proposition that once made McDonald's a beloved fast-food chain.
Ultimately, my experience at this particular McDonald's left me feeling disillusioned and robbed. The exorbitant prices combined with the diminished portion sizes have eroded the very essence of what McDonald's used to represent—a convenient, affordable, and enjoyable dining experience. While I understand that prices can fluctuate over time, the sheer magnitude of the price increase at this establishment is simply unjustifiable.
In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend this McDonald's to anyone seeking a reasonably priced meal. The excessive prices, combined with smaller portions, have tarnished the once-beloved fast-food experience. It is my hope that McDonald's management will take note of the dissatisfaction shared by many customers and reevaluate their pricing strategy to better align with the expectations and needs of their loyal patrons. Until then, I will be seeking out more affordable and value-driven alternatives for my...

I don’t usually write reviews, but this visit truly deserves recognition. This McDonald’s location is not only conveniently situated, but also impressively clean, well-organized, and welcoming. It’s clear that the staff take pride in maintaining a high standard—and it made a noticeable difference in our overall experience.
What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service we received from Fern, one of the counter executives. From the moment we stepped in, Fern greeted us with genuine warmth and attentiveness. Her kindness wasn't just surface-level—it was evident in every interaction, especially when helping us make breakfast choices that aligned with specific dietary needs.
As someone managing pre-diabetes, navigating fast food menus can be tricky. Fern went above and beyond to walk us through the available options, explaining nutritional content, calories, and ingredients with clarity and patience. She didn’t just offer suggestions—she ensured we felt informed, comfortable, and cared for. Because of her thoughtful assistance, we were able to enjoy a satisfying breakfast without compromising our health goals.
It’s rare to find service this personal and compassionate in a fast-paced environment like McDonald’s. Fern, thank you for your outstanding support and for serving with such heart. People like you truly elevate the experience—and remind us why customer service matters so much.

Read moreI ordered a Big Mac with 4 patties in the drive thru. I didn't just say "can I have extra meat". I said, "make sure it has 4 patties". I get to the first window, and gave the cashier my card. She returns my card with the receipt with a total more than a $1 higher than it was at the ordering station. I asked about the extra charge added to the total and two different employees assured me it was because my extra patties. (I was totally fine with the extra charge, because that's what I ordered). I get to the second window, get my burger and check to make sure I got what I ordered. Only to find 3 patties... I tell the employee my order was wrong. And she said, that's what you ordered. I asked to speak to the manager, asking "why my burger was missing a patty". He said "I didn't pay enough and it was my fault"... They said "you only paid for one extra meat", and I replied "it's not my fault your cashier can't count to 4 before she charged my card, not to mention they assured me they charged me for the extra patties at the previous window"... The manager refused to give me my 4th patty without paying again.
In summary, they showed 3 different prices between the ordering station, the first window and the second window for a single hamburger. 4 drive thru employees (including the manager) could not figure out how to properly do that without having to charge me a second time at the second window for extra meat (that I already payed for). At the end of it all I did not get what I ordered/payed for. I never got my 4th patty because everyone was being so ridiculous... How hard is it to get a single burger...
