Very poor, very poor service when busy. The day before, the service was great and the food was good but with very few customers waiting. Poor management and training was the obvious problem. It seemed no one knew their place or procedure.
The drive thru was backed up so I went inside. Packed also, the inside service was terrible. This place was a mess, very unorganized. The floor behind the counter was very wet everyone was walking baby steps to keep from falling. It showed up in the service. The young man taking orders must have hearing problems, every customer in front of me had to stop him and repeat their orders because he would read it back incorrectly. My order was no different. After a very long wait, the staff delivered my order to the wrong customer without calling a number, the other customer was shuffling through my order as they pulled it back and then called my number. I complained and had to wait while they renewed my order and yet they served it in the same ripped bag.
Not sure but I think they moved it out of sight and waited so it appeared they may have remade it. Still my...
Read moreTheir chicken McNuggets are the ONLY truly good tasting ones I.ve found. This McDonalds was in William's Az on the road to the Grand Canyon. We.d been to Bearizona and had a nice time but opted to eat at McD,s on the drive home. If you have kids and are in the Williams, Arizona area Bearizona would be a great place for your kids, adults too. I paid 23 dollars for us at senior rate, and don.t know the other rates. William's is around 6,700 foot elevation so in fall keep a light to medium jacket handy for walking outside. Northern Arizona is beautiful. If in Flagstaff or Sedona at rush hours expect heavy traffic, one of the things we did not have to contend with in 1977 as students at No. Ariz. University in Flagstaff. Crowded streets is not my idea of progress, sorry to interject opinion, but No. Ariz. is still very beautiful. Enjoy. ps...if by Winslow Arizona go see La Posada a restored Harvey House from the days when the rail road was king. You can gamble at Twin Arrows casino it,s between Winslow and Flagstaff...
Read moreThis store is located just south of the off-ramp of I40 in Williams, Arizona. We stopped in for a late lunch after visiting Grand Canyon National Park. This store is your standard McDonaldâs restaurant you might find anywhere in the country. The one thing we do not like is that most of the McDonaldâs stores have gone to the kiosk machines to order your food, but if you ask, a person will take your order at the counter. The store offers dining areas both inside and outside the store as well as the standard drive-through. Our food was delivered in a timely manner, was hot and appeared to be freshly made, which makes all the difference in the world. It was not your typical dried out hamburger patty, that had been cooked 10 minutes or more earlier and just sitting around until it is served to someone in the drive-through. There was really no interaction with any staff members, so we have no comments in reference to that aspect of the store. Finally, the restrooms are clean and there is plenty of parking...
