There is definitely something special about Cardi Pizzeria. First off, Nick and his team are such a pleasure. They are friendly and accommodating and their customer service is responsive and professional. I can be one of those ‘create your own pizza’ nightmares, but anything goes at Cardi Pizzeria. If the topping is available, Cardi Pizzeria is happy to comply, even on ½ & ½ pizzas! Delivery to house or table is quick, and pizzas arrive piping hot & consistently delicious.

ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID. We tried. No good. Beers on menu were not available so I ask for the brand available, they came back saying that they had just one kind remained and I refused because I don’t like Heineken, so they went out to buy for me two cans of another brand. Result is that the food arrived before the drinks. The pizza was not so bad after all, an average eatable pizza. Service was really cold, they never checked if everything was good, leaving the dirty plates on the table, not asking if we wanted something else. But fine, you’re a franchise right? Besides everything, you should be shamed to let people eat with that level of cleanliness. Dust everywhere, especially in the ugly prehistoric Christmas decoration, and the cherry on the cake: GECKO’S FECAL MATTER on the shelf behind us (as the picture shows) Waiters were laughing when I was taking the picture, congratulations!! We felt it was time for a little break from the traditional vietnamese cuisine (even though it is insanely delicious), and the kids strongly voted for pizza!

We found Cardi online and as it seemed to have pretty good ratings, we went. Grab in, Grab out and boom, there we were.

The interior is not really what you would expect from a traditional pizzeria - we got kind of an indian/oriental vibe. Likely because it used to be that kind of restaurant, and they didn’t do a lot to change that expression.

Also, they offered a wide range of prime beef cuts which seemed a bit off to be honest. But then again, simple menus aren’t really a big thing in Vietnam.

But most importantly, the pizzas were superb!

Stone oven, good dough and fresh ingredients. Bam!
