Read moreGood variety of stores, but be careful when leaving the facilities at night after the closing time (when visiting the Bowling or Gym on the third floor). Exits are not easy to find, and the security staff is EXTREMELY rude and scary. After a friends birthday party in the bowling space, me and my wife were trying to leave the facility around 11pm. We couldn’t find the exit and got lost in the parking lot. Got the lift again, and it took us to the main floor. No one was there to help us, no signs, anything. The front door was locked. We were walking back to the venue to ask the staff for the exit and saw a side exit and tried the door. It worked. We were relieved and scared at the same time. After leaving the place, already on the street, a security guy run to us and started to shout and harass us. He keeps telling that we should use the right exit and we explained we tried and were lost for 10 minutes. He keeps threatening us and telling he could put us inside again and make us see the right exit. I tell him he is not touching any of us and that it was not our fault and the visual communication was not clear. And he doesn’t stop screaming and at this point we were terrified and afraid he could start doing something worse and run. What a terrible night and experience. We also love rules, but people and a good sense of humanity are...
