Pay Less Pharmacy — Attraction in Anderson

My doctor called in a prescription to the cross street Payless. Went to pick it up and they didn’t have enough pills. I told them I didn’t want it and would go to Applewood pharmacy due to it being closer. I went there on Saturday and decided to use a coupon that they offer for $10.00 if you transfer a prescription. I had a prescription bottle from Meijer with 3 refills left. So I gave them this prescription for transfer and asked about the coupon. They stated it would be applied when the prescription was picked up.Was told it would be Monday for pick up. Wasn’t ready until Tuesday. I went to pick it up and of course they wouldn’t let me use my coupon. They stated it wasn’t a transferred prescription. They had filled the wrong prescription from cross street Payless. I notified the Pharmacist and the lady at the register that I handed you a Meijer prescription bottle for a transfer not the one from the other Payless. The Pharmacist stated that it might not have had enough refills on it. I stated it had 3 left. I didn’t get the refill filled due to there inept ability to perform a simple request. Took 3 days to fill a fish oil prescription that I could have purchased faster on the shelf and they filled the wrong prescription. Very poor service. A loved one that has mental illness requiring medications was treated very poorly. We called to verify rx pick up a day before it was due. A female pharmacist confirmed that it would be ready the next business day. We called on the next business day to be told that they were unable to fill rx bc of refill date being early. We explained that we had verified the rx the previous day. A man named Josh claimed he was pharmacist and that the lady that we spoke to the previous day was a temp and didn't know what she was doing. We explained our frustration with this and Josh stated we'll I demand an apology for you being upset or I won't fill your rx. Josh then stated patient was "hanging by a thread" which we took as threatening in nature. Josh then stated we don't even have your medication in stock and I don't have to help you.
