I don't usually write reviews but, I visited the Rolex store at Lenox Square Mall over the July 4th weekend while in town from Arizona...and my entire experience was a complete letdown from the moment we walked in.

I'd been contemplating purchasing my first Rolex for over a year or so now. Had my eye on a couple of styles I'd seen online and was in Atlanta visiting family and friends. We were at the Lenox Square Mall and noticed that they had a Rolex Boutique... since I'd never visited their boutique before, I thought we'd go in and inquire to purchase.

When we walked in, my fiancée and I were haphazardly greeted. Staff were glued to their phones and laptops while we stood around waiting. It felt more like a crowded outlet than a luxury boutique. This store was completely unprofessional. This is supposed to be “Rolex—the gold standard”.

While trying on a watch, the employees up front were laughing and joking so loudly it was honestly hard to focus. My fiancée left the store to go next door. It was that bad. It's definitely not what I expected.

I’ve built a solid collection over the years, and after this visit, I’ve decided not to bother with a Rolex for a while... At least not from this location. Maybe my second visit will be the charm... where the service will match the...
