lululemon — Local services in Breckenridge

We purchased several items in July from this store. We don't live in the area, so when we decided to return 2 items, we inadvertently began the most painful and frustrating return process in the history of shopping. Apparently, the people in the Guest Education Center can't read previous emails, so one person doesn't know what the other said. It took a month to get a shipping label. Once the items were returned, they asked me AGAIN if I wanted a credit card refund, but only gave me 48 hours to respond. Gotcha! it took me a few days to read the entire message. So they sent me a gift card instead of refunding my card. Why would I ever want a Lululemon gift card? Again, more email, followed by being on hold for 45 minutes, followed by a 30 minute phone call to learn the customer rep couldn't process the refund, so she put me back on hold while she transferred me to a different department .... only to have...

We are from out of town and they tried to refuse honoring their first responder discount to my trans brother in law, who is a firefighter. Tara was checking us out and said “those are girl clothes, you cannot redeem your discount if those aren’t for you.” They, my brother in law, then had to go out of their comfort zone to explain where they stand in this world. I decided to reward myself with a LULU outfit for recent weight loss and keeping up with 10k steps in CO while on vacation.
