Shoot 'Em Up Cinema — Attraction in Gatlinburg

Avoid! This is a rip off. The theater camera's are broken and the numbers of the 'horses' are mixed up. One of the best parts of this experience is to see the photos of the winners/losers in action shots on the big screen within the script of the movie. The action shots can be hysterical. We were not told going in that this important part of the experience was not working. Therefore, the movie script did not match what was being seen on the screen. We had blank areas where there should have been pictures. Lame. The scores on the screen didn't correspond with our 'horses' and we were the only ones in the theater so that was also confusing and disappointing. I spoke with the lady in the ticket booth about it after and she said 'sorry, nothing I can do about it'. How about give us our money back for not providing the experience we paid for? How about acting like you were ACTUALLY sorry? By the way, I took my family here a couple of years ago when everything was working correctly. We’ve been to Gatlinburg sooooo many times and never considered this place. The look from the outside is deceiving! The video options were so fun! We picked the Carnival video (one of the Halloween options). We were the only 2 (both adults) in the theater. SOOO FUN!!!!

2 “negatives” - the video is a little short. Wish it was just a bit longer. Probably cuz we were having so much fun!

The yellow dots that show where you are shooting are kind of hard to see if you are color blind. But my husband corrected quickly and still had a great time!

Came here with my mother grandma and son. Asked the lady what she meant by intermersive videogame. Because I didnt know what seven d was and she was so rude. Shes like have you really never played a video game before? With a horrible attitude. And she was an older woman around 50. I was so taken aback I was like yes I was asking what made the videogame emersive. She wouldnt even tell me. Obviously they lost our business and we will never ever go to this attraction now. Such a disappointment why have this wasting space on the strip just so their workers...
