The park features a variety of amenities, including playgrounds for children, splash pads for hot days, and ample seating areas for picnics. The diversity of activities caters to visitors of all ages, making it a versatile destination for both locals and tourists. Useful tips and tricks for your visit: 1. Evening Views: If possible, plan your visit in the evening to witness the breathtaking Nashville Skyline illuminated against the twilight. The view from the riverbank is particularly enchanting. 2. Comfortable Attire: Wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking, as there are scenic trails to explore. 3. Picnic Supplies: Consider bringing a picnic basket with snacks and refreshments to enjoy in one of the designated picnic areas. 4. Recreational Gear: Bring sports equipment or outdoor games for added enjoyment, as the park provides spaces for various activities. Parking tips: 1. On-Site Parking: Cumberland Park offers on-site parking facilities, providing convenient access to the park. Arrive early to secure a parking spot, especially during peak hours. 2. Street Parking: If on-site parking is full, there are nearby street parking options. Be mindful of any parking regulations and consider arriving a bit earlier to find available spots. 3. Public Transportation: Explore public transportation options or rideshare services for a hassle-free commute to the park, especially if parking availability is a concern. In conclusion, Cumberland Park is a gem in Nashville, offering a blend of natural beauty and recreational opportunities.

Perfect stop along our way. I really enjoyed this park. The children did also. It tuckered them right out and that's exactly what I was hoping for. We ran everywhere around that place. Lol trued to get more off the path but running and this phones camera doesn't go well together and all are a blur. It was easier getting to the park headed north than leaving going north. Not use to that traffic. But over all not to far out of our way. Would love to come back. As we were leaving they had a few things I would have loved to do, just no time. Awesome park.

If you can still use a place to beat the heat as summer winds down, stop by Cumberland Park along the Nashville riverfront between the Shelby Street Pedestrian Bridge and the Korean War Veterans Memorial Bridge. The park is open daily from dawn to 11 pm with Sprayground Hours from May 24th - September 1st being 9am - 7pm from Monday through Saturday, and noon - 6pm on Sunday.

Cumberland Park is part of the larger Riverfront Revitalization Plan and includes play space for children and families that include play structures and a waterpark as well as an outdoor amphitheater that accommodates 1,200 people for it's frequent events during the summer months along.

Entering the park you are treated to a view of the Nashville skyline as well as the Cumberland River.

Entering the park area itself you'll find "The Hollow", a nature play area that includes rolling hills along with a sand play area, bouncing pad, and a green maze and tandem see-saw for parents and kids.

Connecting the Hollow to the splash pad area is a "cloud bridge" that has rain curtains.

Cumberland Park has a fantastic location with it's view of the Nashville skyline. It's a great, free, park and splashpad that you can take the kids to cool off in the summer. Being located near the Shelby Street Pedestrian Bridge, you can walk across and grab an ice cream afterwards at Mike's Ice Cream on Broadway in downtown Nashville before...

We always have fun coming here.It was NFL DRAFT 2019 this time.and we had Invite only TIX aboard the General Jackson for PSL Members only. And the Draft Viewing Party was so big it overflowed into the building as well and was fully catered and was the place to be for the true Titans Fan. This place is always beautiful and was jam packed even Thursday night when it rained. Set records of over 600,000 people for a NFL draft.Nashville always comes out and is the best host around as a city to any event especially when it concerns our sports teams the Preds and the Titans. This place is magical and beautiful and you can look out onto the Cumberland River and walk through the awesome park there and the walk over pedestrian bridge and view our beautiful city so many people call home.We love Nashville and it's called the "IT CITY" and is truly electric and amazing and historic with great music sports and food and southern hospitality with class and charm and welcoming to all.Great people and...
