This show was absolutely fantastic. The actors were incredible. The singing and music was on point perfectly. I enjoyed this experience so much but there was one negative. The downfall was my almost 1 year old got accused of crying during the performance when she was actually singing, squealing, and clapping along. She wasn’t even making any noise when we were approached. We got told there was a comfort room, which I would have been happy to go to if she really was upset. I thought this was a children’s theatre, which means to me that all children would be accepted. I was so happy that she was enjoying it so much bc this was for her birthday and my other daughters birthday. This happened not even half way thru the show, so the rest of the show I was trying to make sure we weren’t bothering anyone, but I feel that this may be our last time at the theatre. This was our first experience here and I have taken them to many other shows, including tpac, multiple high school shoes, and our community theatre, and never have felt so unwelcomed in a place. Again I want to say that I loved the show itself but how this instance was handled I do not feel was...

I'm not giving 5 stars, and I feel like they deserve only 3 stars for the experience I had following the show.
The worker in charge of checking people in was courteous before the show, after--I made a purchase at their gift table and then sat in the lobby. I couldn't believe he asked me to leave because another show was starting and people would be arriving.
Okay...how am I in the way when this is literally and empty lobby except for me and my son?? I've never experienced this before at ANY theater. Do better. Talk to that guy about customer service.
Anyway, I left--offended and sat in my car looking for close breakfast options near by (that is what I was foing in the lobby until he asked me to leave) literally 20 minutes in the car and no show or people coming into the building at all.
I would just say to NCT, a lobby is made just for the purpose I was using it for. I was not loitering. I was a paying customer with a 2 year old...
Read moreMy daughter and I took her boys (3.5, 2.5 and 9 months) to see The Three Little Kittens. It was very well done, interactive, and the kids enjoyed it. Two things, we had to purchase a full price ticket for the 9 month old who had zero clue what was going on AND had to leave the little swag bag they give the kids at the beginning of the performance which contained 3-4 items to use throughout the show. My grandson cried his eyes out because he wanted to take his toys home. It would be nice if either a bag was given to each child to bring home or prep the kids at the beginning of her show that the toys stayed there. Another option would be to have bags available for purchase at the end so they kids could recreate their...
