Tranquility By The Sea Spa — Attraction in Panama City Beach

Wow, not very professional with communication and scheduling. Went on their website leaving my phone number and email asking for availability for the next day, was told there was nothing available but I could have two spots the following day. I immediately replied, thanks I will take them. No response there after, although it was that evening. The following day I received a response saying perfect, the spots were available. I proceeded to call them and the lady wasn’t pleasant and basically said sorry someone else called and took the spots. Hmmm not sure how that works here, but with my phone number and email why would you not call to make sure the person who requested the times still wanted it before double booking and telling the customer that “oh sorry those spots are no longer available, we booked someone else.” Horrible communication, and customer service. Im sorry to the owner but I definitely felt the need to leave this one. I literally wish I could give this place 6 stars, the strip mall it's in, felt a little sketchy, but it was very clean as was the inside, it was so calming and smelled so nice when we went in that we were immediately relaxed. Me and my mother got to of their signature massages at the same time and both Nicole and Nikki were AMAZING. The atmosphere was so cozy and nice and BEAUTIFUL, everything smelled wonderful, the music was soothing and I swear I almost fell asleep, something I've never done in a massage because I have a little anxiety about a stranger touching me, but I was very as ease, I told Nicole what I liked and didn't before hand and I felt like she really took it to heart and worked on my aches and pains and never cause me any discomfort AT ALL. I seriously don't mean to be cheesy here, but my the bad part was that it ever ended at all, it was a smidge pricey also, if I am being 100% honest but for what you get you do still feel like it was money...

The owner, Nicole, called and completely rectified this situation. Very impressed with her professionalism, concern and promptness to resolve this issue. I will be giving them another try. Thank you Nicole for all your help! I appreciate it so much.

The spa was very cute. My massage therapist had nice hands and gave a great swedish massage. My main complaint was when asked what type of pressure I wanted, I told her I preferred deep pressure. She proceeded to tell me that she would do medium pressure, because she already had two other deep tissue massages later that day. I'm not sure if this is because I booked a spa package, but I would have even been willing to spend extra if needed. I have had tons of massages and have never been told this before. Not sure why their massage took precedence over mine? Why even ask what type of pressure I preferred? Of course the tension in my back hardly loosened after my $140...
