Red Canyon Collections — Attraction in Sedona

About 10 years ago, I lost a beautiful handmade Navajo silver and inlaid spiny oyster earring from a set that I had purchased elsewhere. While visiting this gallery, I mentioned how sad I was to have lost the earring, and that it seemed irreplaceable. Mia, the owner, was able to look at my one earring, recognized the artist, and offered to contact him to get a replacement. Not only did the artist replace my set, but he took the one remaining earring and turned it into a pendant for a necklace. Un-believable! They were shipped to my home (charged to my VISA, but price as expected). I found a ring at Red Canyon to match, perfectly! Ever since, every time I come to Sedona, I go to Tlaquepaque and make it a point to visit Red Canyon Collections. Mia is always there, smiling and friendly. She is a dear, kind person, and I love her to death! Her store is different in that she sells a wide variety of jewelry from inexpensive (think: kids, grandkids) to very high-end, quality/custom pieces, all at a reasonable price. I was on my way to a wedding in Flag and I decided to stop at Tlaquepaque and check out the jewelry stores for a bracelet or necklace to wear. I stopped in a few other stores before IS tumbled on this one. The woman behind the counter, Mia, I assume was so helpful and knowledgeable. She taught me how to properly put on and take off the bracelet I was interested in purchasing. Let me tell you, I've been doing it wrong for 20+ years. She even made me show her I could do it properly before checking out. It was such a great experience, I will definitely be coming back the next time...
