Read moreWe have been coming here for years and it is our go to place. Not anymore. We show up around 915pm (45 mins before closing) we scan our tickets and the woman at the front desk tells us that we will only be able to do one course tonight since they close at 10. We asked if we were finished before 10, if we could start another course. She tells us no because they stop letting people in at 930pm because "some people have to be back to open in the morning" we thought that was kinda rude but whatever. So we get finished with the course at 940pm. We were walking to turn our clubs in when they let a new group start. So we asked if we could start another course. (Only fair since they let a group start 30 seconds before us) and they told us "no" because they only have 10 mins until closing. (Really 20). When we went around to the front, they still had their doors open like they were allowing customers. If they wanna stop taking people 30 mins before closing than thats fine, but change your hours to that or have it posted multiple places. Also, also be fair about it. Letting one group go but not another, 30 seconds apart, is not okay. Also, the courses also need some repair especially at the black starting points of every hole. We the rudeness of workers and not taking care of the courses, we will be finding another mini...
Read moreSo I'm extremely disappointed in the kid working the arcade tonight! My husband and I come here everytime we are in Pigeon Forge which is 4-6x a year. We love arcades and this one is great.... well.....
(So thought I'd bring my neice and nephew here this trip)
Well...... We got there at 9:45. They close at 11pm. The kid working said with a snotty rude tone... We close in an hour. I acted like I didn't hear him. Continued to get our card loaded. He mad dogged us the entire time(we left at 10:10pm) until we left. He said at least 3 more times we close in an hour. When we left he pulled the door ao others would think they were closed. I finally had the kids use the rest of $ on the wheel of fortune time games, so we could get our of there. When we went to cash out he acted so bothered by us. I ask now don't y'all close at 11pm. He said yeah very low toned. I got so tired of his eye rolling and huffy sighing I told kids we come back tomorrow to get their prizes.
We felt like we were in a high end dept store being followed by the mean girl cashier, thinking we were gonna steal.
Very disappointed in this kid. He made a 8&9 year olds first time there not as great as Fun Park/arcade should be!
Do better on training and...
