The arcade itself is a bit run down, but the games are still fun. I went with my two year old and needed to change a diaper. I asked an older gentleman who worked there if they had a private, safe place to change the stinky diaper. He very rudely and not apologetic at all, said they don't have a public restroom. I calmly asked again if they had a safe place to change my child's soiled diaper as we were standing next to the staff room and changing a diaper would only take a minute. He told me to cross the dark road that was currently having a car show speeding down it and the crosswalks and traffic lights were turned off. This was not a safe option. With no other choice, I found a corner where I changed him on the dirty floor. There was no apparent garbage can, so I asked if they had a garbage for the diaper. He again was incredibly rude and told me to go out the back to find a public garbage, they don't have any garbage cans. It makes me wonder what he did with trash he swept up off the floor. The rest of the employees were very friendly and nice (even when one of the machines took my money but didn't play). It is unfortunate that man just felt like being a bully. It really ruined...
Read moreBy FAR the worst of the three main arcades on Canada St. Extremely dated throughout, with a large number of broken/malfunctioning games. While arcades breaking down are an inevitability, it's the employees dismissiveness towards patrons that isn't acceptable. In 20 minutes, we stumbled across a ski-ball machine that only had 8 balls AND wasn't counting any balls in the 20 or 30 rings, a toddler ride that ate quarters and wouldn't start, a mini-bowling game that wouldn't return the ball and a motorcycle game with a broken throttle. Each time some teenager would roll his eyes and hand us back a few quarters or point us towards the older gentleman (presumably the owner) who was running around opening up and working on machines all throughout the place. I don't think I'll be back, there are two much better options less than two...
Read moreWe always have a great time here in Lake George and this is one of the places we love to stop! Also if you need a great place to park right up the road there is a nice gentleman that will let you park on her lawn for $10 and it's worth it because it's close to everything in walking distance. You can easily spend $100 here but you have a lot of fun doing it. Plus when it's hot outside it's a nice place to go and get cool cuz they have air conditioning. We ended up getting 4,500 tickets that we've been collecting since 2019 because that's the best part of this place is that your tickets are good for life as long as they are still there so you can save them from here and year and year to get something awesome. My son got a two-person hammock. He is so excited that he got...
