Farmacy District — Attraction in Washington

Where do I even begin? I feel it is my civic duty to warn the good people of this city to steer clear of this establishment. To call the customer service "awful" would be the compliment of the century. And the product? A complete and total JOKE. It looked nothing like the pictures online. It's as if they actively seek out the lowest quality garbage on earth and mark it up 300%.

I wouldn't just not recommend this place; I would actively warn people against it. I wouldn't send my WORST ENEMY here. That's how terrible it is. You have been warned.

Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Literally ANY other option in the city is better than this. Search for those instead. Do not make the same...

I was excited about this place at first—my first two orders were great, with excellent communication and timely service. But my third order was a huge letdown. The driver was 30 minutes late, gave me the wrong bag, and what I did receive looked nothing like what’s shown on their website.

I emailed, expecting management to respond—nothing. Three days later, I texted to follow up, and they replied saying they had received my email and that I did get the correct bag, despite it looking completely different from any photo or past experience with this strain. No apology for the delay, confusion, lack of response—nothing.

If this is how they conduct business, I won’t be spending another...
