I’m absolutely obsessed with Glossier and this is not a three star rating for their products. I traveled from out of state and went considerably out of my way to visit this store. I wish it had been worth it. My friends and I walked in and looked around at product for quite a while and not a single employee so much as greeted us, let alone explain how to select products. The associate who eventually did submit my order was friendly and made a great lipstick recommendation, but we had to interrupt a conversation with her coworker to get help. As I continued to shop and ask another employee questions they gave me looks like I had 2 heads and made me feel dumb because it wasn’t clear if the Olivia Rodrigo products were sold individually or only in a set.

This is not factored into my review, but a heads up to anyone who may be planning a visit, make sure you park on Melrose. We got a parking ticket on a street with no visible signage warning that it was permit only.

I’ve had absolutely incredible customer service from Glossier online and I love their products, I’m just disappointed that the employees at this location were so standoffish and disinterested in their customers. I would have loved if a greeter at the door welcomed us and explained the shopping experience. I would have liked to be introduced to a sales associate, or have a system in place to request assistance when we were ready. I’m easily convinced and I already know I love the brand. I held off on going to the new location because it's kind of far from where I live, but after a really rough of week, I really wanted to treat myself. And boy, was that the best decision I made! Not only is this store beautiful and offers so many opportunities to try the products, the staff is also just simply wonderful! When I came in, Claire and Joanna greated me with the most joyful spirits and made me feel special from the very first second I entered the store. Then, Gabbie and Kat helped me find some of the stuff I was looking for and Gabbie went out of her way to help me swatch the boy brow, which I had meant to buy for forever but was unsure of which share to choose!
