Pawlansky Apartments — Hotel in Prague

One of the worst experiences we ever had while travelling!!||Firstable, there was no air conditioning at all in all the apartment, we picked this apartment specifically because they advertised that there is A\C, BUT THERE WASN"T ITS A REAL LIE! There isn't. The person on the phone kept arguing with me that there is an air conditioner! but it was actually an air cleaner/evaporator, cooler and not a real AIR CODITIONER AT ALL! And that there was a little fan also in the living room and not in the room where the kids slept, He then bought another fan for the kids room to try and compensate us. I attached a photo of the unit.||They advertised the apartment as a DELUXE apartment and its not! There is nothing deluxe about the apartment, its a standard apartment but well kept, but not a deluxe like its described and also there was no balcony included in the apartment as also described.||But the worst part is coming:||We found out that the elevator is BROKEN! and that the apartment is on the 4th floor!, but better yet, it was actually on the 5th floor. And that meant that I needed to carry five floors with 4 big heavy suitcases, I right a way tried to reach the manager several times so he can to send me some help! since my wife and kids could not help with the suitcase, but for some strange reason I kept been disconnected, while in the sametime using the Whatsapp APP,I explained to him the terrible situation but there was no one there to help me. The guy who gave us the keys to the apartment told us that the elevator has been broken for a while, and the manager writes to me that it just broke yesterday!- MAN you could have sent me some help! , I couldn't move the next day, I had to take pain killers because my back was and still hurting!||I couldn't believe that it would be like this at all and that this was happening, but I had no choice but to pick all the suitcases by my self all the way to the...

AMAZING Stay! The property is fantastic - plenty of room for our family of 6, and very clean. Full kitchen with dishwasher, and cooking and dining supplies + fridge and freezer. Also had washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable!! The view was fantastic, and even though it is on a main street it wasn’t noisy.

Very conveniently located, and super safe neighborhood. Also, many tram stops nearby. It was ideal.

The air conditioning works great - very comfortable (some of us were cold the first night, so we just adjusted the temperatures up)! We used the stairs to work off some of the amazing food we were eating, so no complaints about it being on the 4th floor. We only really used the small elevator to send our luggage up.

The property owners arranged our ride from the airport, and were very flexible and accommodating.

We ended up renting a car for a day to take a day trip and we were able to pay a small fee to park our car in the gated parking lot. That was great!

We will definitely stay here again- cannot...
