Natureza Vegetarian House — Restaurant in Prague

Rude staff that ignored us for about 15-20min before even giving us menus, then it took them another 20-30 min to take our order during which the waitresses discussed who's gonna take our order saying "ugh they can wait" (even tho the place wasn't full and we've been waiting for a while) with an attitude RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. Then once they took our order as I was trying to politely ask the waitresses something (she made one step away from our table already) she went to the next table and asked for their order. One of the guests at that table told her that I was trying to ask her something before and she said "I'm not gonna jump around here, she's gonna wait" which was the last drop and we've cancelled our order and left. Maybe they usually don't act this way, but I would not recommend anyone with even minimal expectations from a restaurant to go to this place as you'll be terribly disappointed within the 3-5 business day waiting period...

The staff is absolutely rude and nasty. Our search for a vegan place brought us there. Looks like they are not used to getting non whites in the place ir they prefer keeping them out. Our entry was met with a bunch of very uncomfortable stares. Followed by a lie that they are out of seats in the garden hoping that would scare us away when there were literally empty seats all around. We were really tired to notice their rudeness so we took the seats inside. The lady literally barked at us that they only take cash or euros. When I asked her if they accept cards, I got the most aggressive ‘NO’ I’ve ever heard. Scared they were going to spit on our food, we ran out of there double speed. Recommend to avoid this place at all costs especially if you are a tourist from a very different part of the world.. LOL. Did NOT expect to get my first dose of racism in Europe from a place that claims to serve Buddhist food which is from my part...

Finding vegetarian options is not always easy, that’s why we chose natureza, however we received a discharge of bad attitude from the very beginning. Probably the waitresses were really busy that day, which we could comprehend. but in any case is important to be respectful towards the costumer, which the old lady in the counter ( the owner I suppose) wasn’t. We were 4 people trying to look for a 4 seat table. There wasn’t one available outside, so I just wanted to have a look inside. At that moment this old lady was extremely rude for nothing, I was just taking a peek of the interior. She denied the approach in a very aggressive way. at the end one of the waitress was kind and recovered the situation. The food was good enough, but perhaps they need more help in the kitchen, we waited...
