Food: We ordered pork knuckle and chicken breast with herbs. The food was average.
Ambience: below average. No decoration inside, old furniture and most of the part are dusty.
Price: Price is reasonable, but if we consider the quality and quantity of food, price is on the higher side.
Location: Location is average, right after the tram station. It is easy to get there but it’s chaos outside. So if you prefer tranquil at the time of having food, avoid sitting outside.
Service: it was awful and unprofessional. The lady who was serving was terribly rude to us. Right from the beginning, she made us uncomfortable with her disrespectful behaviour. Her behaviour was discriminative, as she was polite with others, especially natives.
At the time of taking order, she was extremely impolite. I didn’t understand her accent, so I asked her second time about the side dishes. She raised her voice and did an improper gesture by tapping the menu card multiple times, which was really surprising and heartbreaking for us.
The basic attire in this profession is SMILE which was completely missing out from her face. All she had for us was frowning, eye roll andill mannered gestures.
At the end, she asked for tips shamelessly and I paid her 10% tips for doing all these nonsense.
One advice to that lady is to be more professional and not to be discriminative...

Read moreOne word - Horrible. First the staff isn't polite. They were treating us like animals not like humans. Then one waiter took our order, second one brought it, third took the empty plates and a fourth one took the bill. We never knew who was our waiter and couldnt ask for more stuff when needed. Anyways we ordered some ribs and wings and it was disgusting. The ribs had only bones and fat, no meat whatsoever on then and the wings still had some feather on them..... ok i guess this meant they are real but COME ON, they have to clean them before they cook them. And since no waiters were around we couldn't complain. We asked for the bill and it was 613 of local currency and we paid exactly that much. Then the waiter came, and said in a loud demanding voice "SERVICE" pointing at the bill. We shrugged in disagreement, and he again yelled "SERVICE NORMAL 20%" and extended his arm as a homeless begger on the street. I explained that we are not happy with the food nor the service provided and this is why we don't leave tip. He then looked at all of us and yelled "LEAVE" and turned around. By far this is the worst experience i have ever had in my entire life anywhere i been...
