Jimmy Pyramids Hotel — Hotel in Giza

Well, what should I say? The staff is friendly and tells you repeatedly that they are willing to help you with everything any time. The breakfast is tasty and the view is amazing. Besides that... Yes, they have wifi but it's unbelievably slow, you cannot even open a website ..the worst thing is that it's super noisy, especially at night. The walls and doors of the rooms have almost no functionality of noise isolation - it feels like you're on the hall or have the door of the rooms open when they're closed. Regarding service.. We asked for early (7am instead of 8am)breakfast because we booked a trip and needed to leave early, the guys confirmed that we can have some tea and bread with jam at 7. Unfortunately nobody was there and after waiting till 7:30 and only a few minutes before we had to leave for our trip we found a lady who could at least give us some tea and cookies. We also asked for getting the rooms cleaned which was also confirmed but also this didn't happen. The rooftop is a nice place with a great view but also this place is used by the sons of the owner as meeting point with their friends to hang out and listen to loud music in the evenings. There's basically nothing wrong with that but it's not my expected way to spend a holiday where I look for a quite and relaxing place. Regarding space it's worth to share that the standard rooms we booked had a bathroom of about 1.6mx1.6m and the bedroom itself was not having a lot space around the bed. In addition you'll hear the sound of the elevator all day and all night with its arrival bell. Before booking you might also want to know that the place in front of the hotel is used from the local police as meeting for shift change at around 6am, but that's not a problem cause the dogs start barking...
