Inca Siza inn — Hotel in Distrito de Cusco

I really wanted to give this hostel a better review, great location, fun hang out area in the middle of the rooms, friendly staff. But there were a lot of issues with our stay. For starters, the room we reserved was not available so we had to stay in a different room instead, this room had a much smaller bed and what appeared to be a cum stain on the comforter. They were able to get us into the correct room by 10 the next morning, but we were given no towels the first night, and once we switched rooms we were given one towel. After asking 4 times for a second towel, and seeing other guests who had just arrived being given some, we finally got one. At this point we had been there over 24 hours. There is also no water during certain hours of the night, which we did not know, and we were locked out the first night and had to hang on the door for 10 minutes. There were also many issues with cleanliness and functionality of the rooms, including a broken bed. This could be a very nice place to stay but needs work on...

If you are against child labor please don't stay here, we were helped by 2 kids to book this place and who promised us for 5 nights a room with bathroom for 85 soles per night. 1 hour later we came with our bags to settle in and the kids said there was no room available with private bathroom so 1 night we had no private bathroom, 2nd night we had a private bathroom but the manager of the place wanted 120 soles for that night.||Basically very sweet people, but the manager knows nothing about the check in deals so be aware.||We know that everybody make mistakes but we don't think that the customer has to pay for this mistakes, ||We left been charged for 2 nights with private bathroom while we just had 1. ||Also very noice place, you hear guests coming and leaving and...
