Fusion Andina in Cusco is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the warm ambiance and friendly service. The food was nothing short of exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and bursting with vibrant ingredients. Every bite was a delight, showcasing the perfect blend of tradition and creativity.
Our server, Nancy, was truly amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Her kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and her genuine warmth added a special touch to our meal.
I enjoyed a maracuyá sour, which was perfectly balanced and refreshing, and a vegetarian soup that was rich, hearty, and full of flavor. Every dish was crafted with care, making our dining experience unforgettable.

Read moreI take the “trucha gratin” on the photo it looked like a half of trucha but when the plate came, the portion of protein was very small. I tell the server that they didn’t specify the fact that was not like it looked on the image but he didn’t care. He just said “its the portion like that”. The food overall was ok, the fried potatoes were not fried, they didn’t have any seasoning. A friend of my ordered a pasta plate and the server didn’t ask for what pasta type my friend wanted, she asked for a replacement but the server didn’t care, he didn’t even accept his mistake. The “lomo saltado” was ok too, the meet was a bit stiff making the experience unpleasant. Overall I do not recommend this restaurant the servers are way too to up and they need to learn from their mistakes. Here on plaza de cusco are far away better...
Read moreWorld traveler here and if you've never been to Peru it's amazing!! Just had a delicious dinner with a unique view sitting on the overhanging outdoor patio on the second floor!
I ordered the Chicken Gordon Blue and it was wonderful. It also came with a free Pisco Sour as its the slow season.
The service was top notch, food was very well presented on my plate and my table faced the main square looking out the open window.
A little more pricey but you get what you pay for here. Gets a little chilly at night so dress appropriately and enjoy your night!
