Hotel Rome — Hotel in Lake Delton

The service here sucks made us wait over 4+ hrs for our room also when we got it the bed was broken my husband fell off the bed !! I called the front office about it and they only apologize and said I was getting upgraded to a room to wait for housekeeping to come and provide me with new keys, I waited over 45 mins and no one came! I had to call back and ask to see what had happened. They answered and said they will send housekeeping again right way to wait in the new room for our keys waited and waited it’s now after 7pm and finally we got our room and mind you it’s my husbands birthday and they couldn’t help. I will not return and will not recommend this place I try ordering food from their food they menu, it is outdated!! the number is wrong and instead of providing me with a new number they hung up on me. Only real positive is it’s inside walking distance to waterpark and indoor amusement park. Overpriced. Charged us $50 extra a night to switch to this hotel vs one of the surrounding hotels. Today it was worth it because of the rain and cold but would not pay that much in the summer. Rooms are so loud and can hear everything on first floor from the rooms above. One of the beds was broke in the middle. Tiny pillows. Check in was confusing and the staff did a terrible job explaining things like that the wrist bands were our hotel keys. Had to go back to the main building to find that out. Didn’t give us the free two hour tubing tickets when we checked in. Had to go back for those too. The other booth inside the main building tried to get us to book tickets for another amusement/waterpark (Christmas village) which I find obnoxious. It was a joke.
