High Price, with rude and low attitude. 10+euro for a small cup which is 5 euros quality maximum in globale market. It is fine they sell it more expensive than normal, but as a customer, the high prix should be including a good product and nice service and kindly attitude. I paid for this cup and asked a small plastic bag for carry it for my daughter, I expect the package is included in the price. However, after I asked the normal bag, the saler at first ignore my requirement, then she slowly took out the tissues to make a “porch” sneeze, and then answered me arrogant: “1 bag 10 cents”. At that time I paid the cup but the saler didn’t gave me the ticket yet. I assume I can change my mind because of the bad attitude. And the saler told me very mean that everything in their shop need to pay. And once I paid I can not change my mind. Oh, by the way, be careful, according to the sales inside the shop, it is a shop without a leader or owner who have the right to handle any return items or any complain. We visited that place on June. Bought 2 knight figures. The staff told us they will pack another one from back. So when we came back to North America it was a total dissappointing experience. We opened the packages one of them has a broken hand they tried to fix their own way and mess on the horse-see photos. Connected with them on facebook they offered for refund but asking my credit card details..I said I dont want to share my credit card details it was a memory for us and ask a new one to courier to North America..they said they cannot. Then I asked to courier to my sister in Germany. Again they said they cannot and asked that if my sister could come from FRANKFURT to STRASBOURG to pick that small figure..Seriously 🤷‍♀️..I dont suggest that place ..if you will buy something...
