Being in a hurry, I hesitated, visiting the Watch store, Eduard Genton. However, I hoped to get a glimpse at the beautiful Grand Seiko Watches in their window. I ended up sitting inside the store being served by Antoine Sitter. He knew that I was in a hurry, and just wanted to have a brief look at the watches, and I asked him for a catalogue. We ended up having a 20 minute chat about different models and several watches. Since this wasn’t the first shop that I’ve been visiting that day, I can say that this is definitely the best experience with the workshops. I have been to in Strasburg by far. If I would’ve had more time, I would have definitely spent a lot more of my time there. I would always come back to have a nice chat with another watch enthusiast like I am. In the end, we left the Etlis mall with some catalogues to have a closer look at the portfolio of their brands at home. To sum it up, I can highly recommend this shop, and if I am about to buy a Grand Seiko Strasburg, I would always go to this shop and would recommend you to do the same. Antoine was absolutely brilliant! Rarely if ever have we ever got such incredible service even at high end luxury stores. We got there 5 mins before closing, and Antoine stayed back an extra hour to take incredible care of us.
