No one was helpful or accommodating! First I have gone to the store to look for a different size of a gift I received as it did not fit me. The sales assistant said she will look and then answered a call from her walkie talkie keeping me waiting for a while to just say they don’t have it. Bear in mind that she already checked at that point and could have told me before taking the call. She was quite rude. Then I went to the cashier with some other items to exchange that I found myself and when I gave the gifts, they told me they don’t have any tags. Up until that point, I did not even realize that the tags were not attached. Maybe our friends took it out as it is a gift. As the sizes did not fit, we never even wore the items and that’s why I brought them. Not like I took the tags and just wore them for a week. I worked in retail too and it has been less than a week so I know if they wanted they could have helped but they refused it which is annoying because as it is a gift, it is hard to know for me the original state of the items and if they had tags. I think for a gift, exchange should have been made. And even without tags, if the item is in new condition, there are exceptions. I find it unprofessional and poor customer service. Read moreWorst experience at Adidas. I wanted to exchange my shoes for a larger size. Less than 24 hours have passed, the shoes were tried on in the store and at home, but not outside. After being assessed by someone from the back, the CASHIER ( blonde hair, short, not nice) didn't agree to the exchange. The reason was damaged skin (photo attached). I don't see any problem LOL I'll add that one shoe was from an exhibition and what happens is that the leather after putting the shoe on is not due to my inappropriate use because the shoes were only tried on and not used. Why I would send them back empty boxes and pay afterwards for it? There’s no common sense! Also, I have send them clear proof from the post office with the details how much my package was weighted!
