Extremely poor services, Halid from the entrance was extremely rude to us when I have explained him that my boyfriend has a contact allergy and we cannot use the disinfectant at the entrance, I am not sure if he know what that means. Their Covid 19 rules makes no sense. You have to disinfect your hands at the entrance but no need to wear a mask in the shop, which is extremely ridiculous.
They let us in the store but did not let us to touch anything!! And had the entire team following us like we are about to still something.
There were people coughing in the store but that did not matter!
Luckily Alexandra from custumer Servises was very helpful and understanding and helped us to find the shoes we needed without making us feel like criminals.
I really think the manager of the store should inform their staff what a contact allergy means and than they can get a little bit more educated and people like my boyfriend won’t feel...

After approximately 6 months of wearing occasionally my shoes for 180euro got totally destroyed sole. Without any bigger sign of other damage sole looked worse then sole on my shoe for 60 euro after two years of wearing. I spoke to manager two times, he did not even care to look properly on that shoe to provide proper opinion. Basically he just said you have them more then 3 months? Ok, there is nothing i can do for you. Funny thing is that online customer service was far more try to help but even if they agreed it should be return and it still has guarantee period, manager made his mind, that propably i was playing sport in shoes and sole is without rubber. What a wrong accusation, the rubber is fully there and i dont play any sport. Despite good online customer service, NEVER BUY SHOES...
Read moreWorst place to order online goods. My friend and I have both had the same problem with them. I ordered 3 items from footlocker and they sent me one wrong item and 2 which were correct. This item was £29.98 and they sent my a £10 t-shirt. I obviously contacted customer services to try and resolve this issue but they told me that they were not able to exchange my item and that I would have to buy it again. So then this means I would have to pay for the international shipping fees again and for return postage. This was very clearly their mistake and they admitted that much but would not resolve their own mistake. No wonder most their brick and mortar stores have been closed down. This business is untrustworthy and I certainly will not be ordering...
