Yesterday at around 6:30 in the evening, I visited your store intending to make a purchase. I waited in line, and when it was my turn, I greeted the staff member at the till. To my surprise, she did not return my greeting. I thought perhaps she might have been distracted, so I let it pass.
However, once the transaction was completed, I thanked her politely once again — yet she still offered no response, not even a simple nod or smile. Feeling somewhat awkward, I even said “bye-bye” as I was leaving, but she completely ignored me.
The experience left me feeling utterly insulted and disgusted — as though I had stepped into something unpleasant. As I walked out of the shop, I couldn’t help but glance back, and at that moment I became convinced that her silence had been intentional; she was clearly aware of me, and our eyes met briefly through the corner of her gaze.
Never in my life have I been treated so discourteously while simply trying to buy something. This occurred at around 6:24 p.m. on Saturday, 1st November — the female staff member at the checkout counter.
I have no intention of ever returning to this store. What an appallingly unpleasant...
Read moreI came here on Monday, me and kids were excited. It quite a small shop upstairs in Victoria station. As one of the other comments said about a lady being rude. I experienced this also and she is rude and so is her face. Even the man that was serving us looked really uncomfortable with how rude she was. She needs customer service or something. I don't know her story but she looks like she has the world on her shoulders and takes it out on customers, that spend a lot. I don't think I will be going to that one again I will go to London bridge...
