I have never experienced a worse store and customer service than this mall of America store. If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered a jacket in store at the beginning of November. I was first told it would arrive that week but four weeks later I got a call saying my order had just arrived at the store. I drove the 45 minutes to pick up my coat and it was magically ālost.ā The woman told me it was a sought after jacket and I imagine either a sales associate bought it themselves or they sold it for commission. I ordered the jacket for a second time, was told it would come at the end of January, and never received a call. So the last day of January I called the MOA store to be told the jacket was lost YET AGAIN. The sales associate assured me, the jacket I wanted was in stock and that she would send it express shipping and I would receive it in 1-2 days at my home. After not receiving a shipping confirmation after two days, I called the store looking for the order only to be told my order ābounced backā by a snooty sales associate with a bad attitude. When I asked for the managers name for a point of contact and someone who can be aware of this on going situation she told me no. She also told me I can ātake the risk if I wantā and order the jacket again through their store or not order it at all. I donāt think they care about you unless they are getting commission from the sale. I feel like a dummy but I had them order the jacket for a FOURTH time because I really like the jacket and I am still waiting. 4 months wait time for a jacket is ridiculous and unbelievable. Whatās even crazier is I ordered a jacket through this store when I first moved here in 2022 and had a similar issue. I canāt believe I shopped with them again. Once I get this jacket I will never give this store my money ever again. Itās not worth it and all the sales people follow you around like a puppy or like...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI absolutely LOVE the clothes from here, but the customer service is consistently hit or miss. My first time ever visiting the store, I was wearing sweatpants and cozy clothes, and anytime I went over to the Wilfred side (the formal clothing side), I constantly would get interrupted by an associate and led to the other side (the casual, workout wear side). I found it slightly humorous because they were so incessant in making me go to the other side because it was "what I actually want." My second time going, I was in the changing area (you try your clothes on in your own little stall, then you have to go out in an open room that has the mirrors), and I told my boyfriend to come over and check out my outfit because I was not about to walk out infront of everyone in the store. Right as he started to walk towards me, almost immediately, a female worker held her hand out and said no men allowed near the changing area. I felt so bad because he looked embarrassed and just had to stand alone by the registers while I finished trying everything else on. I understand this rule for safety reasons for the other women, HOWEVER, I was the only person in the changing room. I mean, what are they going to do the day a masculine-appearing person wants to try on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was the last one at the Mall of America store.... The salesperson knew full well that I only wanted a couple of things and that money was an issue. As I was ready to check out and doors locked to incomers, the salesperson suggested I look around for another coordinating piece of clothing, and I ended up with four new items. I talked about that I really wasn't sure about the colors and the fit; the sales people answered that I could bring home to evaluate in home lighting and then decide. They then had me check out the scarves, hats, and sold me a hat. I asked for the tags to be taken off, but given back in the case that I change my mind. They had already made sure I had the tags back and nodded when I said "in case of return". I DID NOT see any final sales placard on the counter. There was NO MENTION during the two transactions that the items filling two large bags were FINAL SALE. Today, the manager quickly gave me a store credit for items I wanted to return, but noting that the was "an exception" as the final sale policy notice was supposedly in view on the 6th. It's not so much the money, it's that there was no mention of final sale. However, I don't want to go back to that store with its...
