I am taking a moment to revise my Lululemon review. Today, Christine at the Mall of America, restored my faith in and love for the brand. I've stopped at the MOA location in the past but at age 50 I felt like I was "not cool or buff enough" to grab a consultants attention for product education. I honestly gave up on the brand as I kept ordering the wrong fit. This year, bound and determined to find a black 25" align bodysuit.....I called a couple Twin Cities stores and luckily landed in the hands of Christine. Our call got disconnected and as I was calling back; she beat me to it and called ME! This never happens in a busy retail setting. Despite not having what I wanted, I was so impressed with her warm demeanor and charm, I asked if I could stop by her store when in town on Christmas Eve and glean some product knowledge. She immediately responded of course and informed me she will in fact be working that day. We made plans for me to call her the Friday before that day so we could set a time. I may not be her biggest customer but I spend a lot annually on yoga attire, leggings, accessories and am extremely loyal to brands committed to best in class product quality and delighting the consumer. I hope to transfer my Athleta business to Lululemon as it adds up over the course of each year. Why? I've always been so impressed by entrepreneurial spirit. The story of the owner/s of this company inspired me; kinda like the American (or Canadian, lol) dream. Even tho Lululemon is large scale now, I love to shop small. That's how the brand started. Read moreI find it disgusting how selective the floor staff is@ the MOA location when it comes to the courteousness and helpfulness offered to customers. I've shopped this location exclusively since 2013 due to the convenience. The Wunder under pants are Amazing! The profiling is appalling!!! The counter near the leggings shelves are fully staffed and busy yet the staff seem agitated I was sifting through my size cubby looking for certain prints and colors. I am a dedicated LuLu fan and I know my size... Do not offer to start a fitting room for me after you've ignored me upon my entrance. Do not assume I want nor need your help after the filthy eye rolls you passed onto me because I'm selecting my preferred colors to match a jacket. Do not assume I will not purchase the two jackets and two pants I have in my arms... Do not assume I will shoplift the two track suits in my hands... Treat all the guests entering this store equally!!! I spent $432 on two Beautiful jumpsuits but received incredibly dismissive service with a staff woman following me in observance to complete my purchase. Read moreI went to this location with my family and it was great! I was immediately greeted at the door, and staff helped me find everything I needed from the store. They also answered some of my questions about merchandise and offered to show me some other merchandise that would fit my interests. I was extremely satisfied with the service. The only thing I disliked was the line to pay. For some reason there was only one cashier on, but there were around 10 people in line. I had to spend around 20 min in line for one item. I’m definitely coming back!
Edit 1: I came back to this location! I was looking for the black belt bag, and they sadly didn’t have it in stock, but the employees were super nice about it and directed me to their restock dates and to their website. I decided to get a pair of leggings instead. It took a long time to settle on a pair, but I ended up picking the align 28”, and they fit me very well. They are probably the best quality leggings that I’ve ever bought. The employee in the dressing area cared enough to use my name and helped me pick the perfect pair....
