What I thought was a good experience turned out to be a disappointing one. The sales associate helping me assured me I wouldn’t be added to the mailing list since I had to use a payment link for the item that wasn’t available in store. That turned out to be a lie as right away I began receiving email solicitation. She also failed to offer me a twenty percent off my first order promo which was emailed to me after I had already completed the purchase link. Calling customer service was frustrating as they initially denied refunding me the twenty percent, only after I said I would just return the order for a full refund did they give me the promo credit.
