UPDATE: Called the number in the reply below provided by the owner and they offered no help, still told me I had to drive 2 hours to the nearest store to return. I ended up making the drive to return the product. Got nothing in return out of the whole situation for their continuous mistakes.

I had a very frustrating experience with a pickup order. My wife ordered 3 items for pickup, but somehow, 2 items were mistakenly set to ship. We called the store, and they assured us they’d cancel the shipping part of the order so we could buy all 3 items in-store. When we picked up the pants, the employee confirmed that the order was canceled and assured me repeatedly that there would be no double charge.

Despite these assurances, I later noticed a charge for the canceled order and saw that the items were still being shipped. I contacted both the store and customer service, but they said there was nothing they could do. My only options were to either drive 2 hours to the nearest store for a return or mail the items back, which would take 4-6 weeks to process a refund.

This experience was incredibly frustrating. Despite being repeatedly told the order was canceled and that we wouldn’t be charged, we ended up being billed anyway. Now, I'm faced with either a lengthy return process or an inconvenient drive to resolve the issue. Very disappointed with the lack of effective support...

I stopped in this store for a black cardigan needed for family photos. The customer service was superb (thanks, Melia!) So, a few weeks later I went back for a business suit and again, the customer service was wonderful.

The store is neat and organized. There’s a little too much merchandise out at one time for my taste but far less than Macy’s for example.

So far, quality of items seems appropriate for the price.
