Buyer Beware!! We visited St Thomas in August and Ajenta was recommended highly by the Marriott. We went and were helped by Jacky. He was nice and I purchased a $2650 ring. That is where the hood stopped. Within 2 weeks the canary diamond fell out of the ring. The prints were cheap. I contacted the store and was told they would make it right. I was sent a fed ex return label but it was for a different person in a different state. I again contacted the store and spoke with Jacky who said he would send out a corrected one. I never got it and also got a message not to return the ring because the airport was closed do you the hurricane. I waited a week and began texting and calling and to this day nobody had responded. I am out $2650 and they are fine just taking the money and running. I will never return to this store and would caution anyone before buying the overpriced cheap products. I literally feel I have been stolen from and am now in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. I own a business and customer service...

We stumbled on this little gem (no pun intended) when our cruise docked in St. Thomas for the day 20 YEARS AGO. They carried the SAME wedding band we were due to purchase in NY but they had it for 1/2 the price. It weighed more and the diamonds were brighter!! So we purchased it on the spot after meeting and talking one of the owners “Jack”.

Fast forward for our 20th Wedding Anniversary (May 2021) I wanted a new band for my husband with 20 diamonds to represent 20 years as a gift!

They had continued to send mailers and e-mails all these years! That’s LOYALTY!! So I decided to reach out and spoke with Mark the nephew. Told him what I wanted to do and he told me how WE can do it! He got it DONE!! Again the quality was AMAZING, I was floored! I intend on getting my band custom made through them as well! Met with Harry at Ajanta Jewelers in the Drake Shopping area of Charlotte Amailes. We already had quotes and ideas from other stores for a new wedding band set update. Harry was different- he listened and showed us rings that were exactly what we were asking for. Other stores kept trying to push rings way over our budget or not at all my style because that's all they had or just to make more. Harry also understood my sentimental value to my original set so he helped create a beautiful right hand ring out of my original wedding band set. He took time picking a perfect precious stone and getting a size that would work in the original setting.
