We are loyal Grand shoppers for many years. I am thankful for our initial referrral through the travel agent we were using at the time who had also once been a jeweler in his younger days.

Since that first visit we have referred our two daughters and their husbands. I guess you could say the second generation has begun.

What you get when you visit this store is people who quickly ascertain your taste and wants, and with an idea of the money you might want to spend they present beautiful pieces of jewelry. I’ve never felt rushed. We’ve never felt pushed. I always leave with a big goofy grin on my face because i’m so delighted with our purchase.

Cute story from a visit a few years ago with our family: Our daughter had picked out a new wedding ring that had to be resized. It was just gorgeous! When we returned to pick it up she saw one of the employees walking by with a ring and thought to herself, “Oh, I may have made a big mistake because that ring is just beautiful!” She was so happy when she realized it was her new ring.

Later this year we will be celebrating our 50th anniversary, so I was excited to pick out a new ring and bracelet.

We vacationed in St Thomas February 2020 with the intent to purchase some jewelry. After some quick research, Grand Jewelers came to the forefront. After visiting their store in Charlottetown, we were very impressed with the low pressure service they provide. Working with Jay in particular, he made us feel quite at ease and the entire staff was more than willing to help answer any questions we had. They were patient with our requests for several (many) pairings before we found exactly what we were looking for! We purchased two pieces with confidence and and are working on designs for two more pieces (even after we left). We walked into the store as guarded consumers, but left as comfortable buyers. As a point of reference, we visited several other shops on the “strip” and the service could not be compared. If you want “cheap” jewelry you can find it in Charlottetown. If you want quality pieces with professional comfortable service give them a visit. I would highly recommend this business! And NO I do not work for and am not associated with this business other than my recent dealings. Great service is hard to find today, so Grand Jewelers is well deserved...

I contacted Grand Jewelers in December of 2024 to put together an engagement ring for me. My family loves Grand Jewelers so I knew I could trust them with such a big life moment! I contacted Anish and he took care of everything. I never even went to St. Thomas but he helped with everything over the phone. He helped me design my ring to exactly what I wanted, had it handmade and shipped to me. He did this in a timely manner. When something wasn't quite right they paid for me to overnight ship it back to them. they fixed it free of charge and sent it back! This again was done in a timely manner. I had my fiancés wedding band and my own made through Anish and I couldn't be happier with my rings. This was truly and amazing experience. Something that is often a stressful time (especially for guys trying to get a ring just right) was smooth and easy. I will definitely be going back to Anish with any jewelry needs...
