My family recently went to st Thomas for a short vacation. While shopping for souvenirs we fell upon celebrity jewelry inside iguana jacks. We were not looking for diamonds just a bracelet or trinket for my mom. Prem was working that day and wanted to show me some jewelry that had just came in. I wasn’t really interested but said I would look anyway. I’m so glad I did. I saw the most beautiful diamond ring and fell in love with it. Prem offered such a great price we couldn’t leave the ring. His service and expertise was beyond what I could’ve hoped. He had it sized by the next morning and was prompt when I texted him asking when it would be ready. When I got home I was at another jewelry store getting links taken out of a bracelet the jeweler could not help but notice my beautiful ring and the way it sparkled. He asked if he could look at it under a microscope. I said sure. The diamond was of excellent quality. They valued the worth at 5 times what we paid. I could not have been more pleased with my experience with this company and Prem. I get so many compliments about my ring and when I tell people about where I got it they All want to travel to st. Thomas...

My parents traveled to St. Thomas on vacation and came upon this particular jewelry store. My parents walked out with a diamond ring that is stunning & everyone notices it from afar. My boyfriend announced to my parents for my hand so we started shopping & looking for styles I liked. We went to MANY stores & always found that it wasn't "affordable" - even the lab created ones seemed expensive. My father said to reach out to Andy & just see what they have. I reached out to Andy & showed pictures of the styles I liked. He was super responsive & fast to respond, through email and text. I asked a ton of questions & he was always willing to help. He made the entire process so seamless & easy. He was communicative & clear & the best part was we were able to get a BIGGER diamond for an affordable price! I am soooo extremely happy with the service we received. This is the ONLY jeweler I recommend. Please do yourselves a favor & purchase here from wherever you are in the world! While recently on a week's vacation with two friends, we had the opportunity to visit the Golden Star Fine Jewelry shop in St Thomas. What an amazing array beautiful gems that are not only custom designed but at prices all budgets can afford. The owners/designers of this store in St Thomas is the most amazing family! (The Sampats).

I knew their daughter through other professional groups to which she and I belong.The hospitality that was offered along with a ride to the store, lunch at favorite close by outdoor restaurant that was also fabulous. My two friends and I thought "this is what real five star customer service is all about!

Call ahead before visiting and tell them you want the Five Star Service that they provided to Minal's friends.....Not sure if that includes a ride to their store or lunch.......but I can assure you it might mean some rum punch that you will visit each time you go...
