I am giving 1 star, because the ambiance and music were very nice, which caused us to enter in the first place. With that being said, the overall experience was not good at all. It is a shame, as this place is full of potential. We came in with a group of 4, waited a respectable amount of time, then ordered our drinks. 2 champagnes were brought to 2 of our guests, the other 2 cocktails took another 30 minutes, I repeat, 30 minutes to receive! An espresso martini was made with ingredients not stated on the menu. We also received a smoked old fashioned of very poor quality, and clearly not smoked. When advising our server, it was filled with excuses and admision of the fact that they brought us drinks that she knew was incorrect. Additionally, we were given bills for amounts that differed in upwards of $10 per drink from that of what was stated on the menu. When asking the server, we were again given a questioning and advisory that they messed up, were in the weeds, but would not be able to do anything about it... completely dumbfounding us. Afterwards they brought a new smoked old fashioned, it was clearly night and day as you could simply smell the smokey aroma and difference. We unfortunately were peppered with more excuses and dialogue, at which time we became just ready to leave. I hope this review sheds light for this company as to how they can simply have better customer service. I wish them complete success, but treating guests the way we were today, will not result in them being around for long....

So I just now realized my original negative review was either deleted or rejected (go figure, they also did the same to my wife‘s review). So allow me to recount our experience.

So we came here with our friends for my birthday weekend trip, and the majority of our drinks had to be sent back, service was scarce and so we just took it upon ourselves to go directly to the bar. A friend ordered a Crown & Sprite and it was all Sprite with a splash of Crown, THEN the shaggy-haired bartender wanted to charge extra to balance out the ratio as it SHOULD’ve been to begin with...seriously buddy?? Other cocktails tasted so watered down (an espresso or chocolate martini), so we had to just stick with basic liquors on the rocks with club soda or water, or just neat.

At the time that we went, overall the drinks did not reflect the prices, and the service was very mediocre. I sure hope it has improved since then, and that they don’t continue deleting negative reviews as they did with ours. We’re just stating the experience as it was, believe me, the place itself is an awesome atmosphere, and the interior feel...we thought it has potential but the drink and service aspect needs work versus the other bars we went to in...

I never leave reviews but I had to. The service here is terrible. We arrived mid afternoon and it was slow. We asked to be sat in the back in 2 white chairs and we were informed those were for large party’s. 2 chairs for large party’s, not a couch area. Ok. They sat us in uncomfortable high tops. Moving on, we sat for 10 minutes and the waitress tending to us was hanging out at the bar. She finally came over to us like everything was all good and took a 2 wine glass order. Ten minutes later after hanging out and talking to the bartender for a while(not serving anyone else) I see her pour the glasses. That was the last drink we had for an hour. She never showed up again. I signaled to the bartender a few times and I could see he went over and told her while she was playing on her phone that we needed something. Finally shows up 5 minutes later after putting her phone away and talking to the hostess and asks if we need anything. of course we say no and ask for the bill. I pay in cash and she asked me if I want change then tells me the change has to come out of her own pocket? Kept 80 cents randomly and said thank you and left. The place is very nice and had good music but your daytime staff needs to...
