DO NOT RESERVE BDAY PARTY HERE!!! My son has had 2 parties here in the past and they were great , however last weekend we had his party and since (new management) took over it was the worst bday party experience I have ever had!! In short you pay $200+ dollars for a table and that’s it!!! They were rude from the moment we walked in and had to stand there holding melting ice cream cake and presents for 10 mins because workers were busy talking bc they couldn’t help us we had to wait on the 1 person who was working register. Then our table was “down the hall” which ended up being through 1 building , outside to another (the hallway) as they called it, then all the way through the 2nd building. Keep in mind this is away from the arcade and go carts . Nothing was provided for the party not even a table cloth or anything saying party . Then when we slid the table that was reserved out from the wall we were told we couldn’t move the table bc it opened the door that it was holding shut. Not one worker offered to even help with getting ice or setting decorations or any kind of service any normal establishment would do for reserving a $200 table. By the time you walk from 1 end to the other and ride go carts your party time is almost over. The tiny money as they call it is only given for traded wrist bands of kids that don’t show so technically nothing is included . Out of 10 kids paid for only 3 could go cart bc that’s what the returned bands covered. When I stated the issues at the end with the manager and wanted to argue with me to the point of it getting very heated and her response was what do you expect from me and my response was idk you haven’t even offered to help make any of it better by doing anything to where she replied well nothing would make you happy…. Guess she wouldn’t know because she didn’t try to make me happy, not even letting the bday boy ride go carts or get any kind of special day treatment. When I asked for refund for party which was just a table in a back corner she laughed at me and said haha no you are not getting a refund and turned and walked away. This place was terrible… there was only 1 employee(young male) that was nice and actually felt like working he assisted my son with the tiny town. the rest were just standing around talking, I spent $40 for 2hr wrist band for kids go karts , 2 hrs train rides, 2 hr tiny town, and unlimited bouncy house my son got 2 rides on the tiny town, 1 train ride and 1 ride on the go kart.. all of which were less than 3 min rides. the place was completely empty.. only 2-3 kids in the whole building it was a Friday night at 4:58 when we got there, the bouncy houses had hardly no air. And it had no air conditioning back in the second building which you had to walk through an outside breezeway which was full of what looked like a garage for a mechanic.. all of it was unsafe conditions for a child and the whole time we were there they turned on no lights…. Had to stand forever at a ride just for an employee to walk up and ask what we are waiting on… it was a complete waste of money. My 4 year old did not enjoy his time as we tried to make the best of it… we ended up spending more money to play the arcade games since everything else we paid for was not attended to… within 45 mins of our time they asked what time we got there because they were getting annoyed having to attend the rides and were ready for us to leave. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. We were there when the last review was complaining about the a/c at the counter and we told them the same thing that the a/c did not work back there. My hubby said the bouncy house room didn’t even have air ducts to have an a/c back there. We weren't really empress with how much the go karts were $25 per person we could have went on up to Pigeon Forge for that much she could have drove 3 times for that amount never again waste of money. My daughter she loved it but we told her that was the last time there at the Fun factory we can go to Commers for $9 to ride. I didn't see no skating, laser tag, or a blow up slide or any of that. Just the little town, little go karts, and the arcade that's it and the big race krats. They need to put a big snack bar in there instead of just a few snacks on the counter where u check out at. Yes u have to wear a helmet and I do believe that after everyone gets off they need to be sprayed after they are handed back to the staff and then put them separately from the others to air dry cause there were a few people that was racing when. We got there we watched them they took the helmets off and gave them back to the staff don't know what they did with them I saw the spray on a table he shoukd have sprayed them down before putting them back up for the next people we watch more people he did the same thing.
