I would give this store zero stars if I could. I visited this store on August 24, 2019 at about 5 or 5:30 pm. I was wearing hiking clothes as I had just finished a hike in Grand Teton National Park. I was very interested in purchasing some of the stackable mountain rings or a charm for my Pandora bracelet. Neither of the saleswomen spoke to me or my parter. They did not say hello or asked if they could help us. Instead, they glared at us as we walked around the store. I have never experienced such awful customer service in my life. These women assumed that because I am young and was wearing hiking clothes, I could not afford anything in the store and was not worthy of their time or assistance. Jokes on them, because I’m an attorney could afford to purchase anything in that store. I would caution this establishment to elevate their customer service standards.
