I love the merchandise however the service is terrible! During the time in the store the cashier and I assume the owner stood and spoke quite loudly in a different language, when I made my purchase the only words addressed to me were the total and you too. The “you too” came after I said thank you and have a good day. There was no eye contact until I said thank you. As soon as I walked away the conversation began again. Read moreI can definitely see why the rating was so… low with this place. There are countless gift shops and "cowboy" themed stores that are over the top yet remarkably shallow. Some items sold here include are weird mass-produced Cowboy hats with some dye/paint to suggest wear or sun damage. Another example are magnets - you know, ones you can get in any other gift shop. The number of “quality goods” (such as locally-made products that aren’t mass-produced overseas) feels a little lacking.
